Titanium Ti-6Al-4V

Overview

Printed Ti-6Al-4V reaches 144-153 ksi tensile with 15-18% elongation — mechanical properties comparable to wrought titanium — while enabling geometries machining cannot produce.

High specific strength, temperature capability and corrosion resistance make it the standard for aerospace and high-strength medical applications.

Key Properties

Typical datasheet values; printed parts are anisotropic and XY-direction values are shown unless noted.
