Overview
AlSi10Mg is a cast-grade aluminum alloy printing at ≥99.5% relative density, with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio (285-345 MPa tensile, 2.67 g/cm³) and useful thermal conductivity of 103-173 W/m·K.
Its ~10% silicon content reproduces fine detail tightly, making it the metal of choice for heat exchangers, lightweight brackets and topology-optimized housings.

Printing & Handling Notes
Standard finish includes furnace stress relief (Ra 5-10 µm after finishing). Optional machining, tapping, T6 heat treat, media blasting and anodizing (anodized finish runs darker due to silicon).
