ABS-CF

Overview

Inn3D ABS-CF adds carbon fiber to ABS for higher dimensional stability and thermal resistance (92°C HDT) with a matte, easily sanded surface texture.

It is a cost-effective choice for industrial parts and molds where a uniform, professional surface finish matters.

Key Properties

Typical datasheet values; printed parts are anisotropic and XY-direction values are shown unless noted.

  • Industrial parts
  • Drone wing molds
  • Functional parts needing a polished or uniform texture

Printing & Handling Notes

Print at 220–260°C nozzle, 80–100°C bed; a 60–80°C heated chamber is recommended. Suitable for service environments up to about 50°C.
