Overview
Phrozen TR300 is the highest-HDT resin in the Phrozen catalogue: a 405 nm engineering photopolymer with a heat deflection temperature of 160–190°C and a glass transition up to ~165°C, holding shape where standard resins soften.
It is marketed specifically for dental thermoforming and as a soft-tool master for low-temperature injection moulding, plus high-temperature jigs and industrial prototypes that must survive bake and heat-treat cycles.
Key Properties

- High-temperature industrial prototypes
- Heat-cycle jigs and fixtures
Printing & Handling Notes
Cures at 405 nm; extend post-cure to 60–180 min to reach maximum HDT. Higher viscosity (500–700 cP) — pre-warm the bottle to ~30°C before printing. Low elongation (2–6%) makes it brittle under impact.
