Overview
TPU 95A is the stiffer sibling of TPU 92A — 20 MPa tensile strength and >500% elongation — balancing flexibility with enough support for vibration damping and gaskets.
Like 92A it resists oils and chemicals, prints with low warpage, and gives a rubber-like finish.
Key Properties
Typical datasheet values; printed parts are anisotropic and XY-direction values are shown unless noted.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Shore hardness | 95A |
| Density | 1.23 g/cm³ |
| Tensile strength | 20 MPa |
| Elongation at break | >500 % |
| Izod impact | Not break(不斷裂) |
Typical Applications
- Vibration-damping pads
- Cushioning gaskets and spacers
- Impact-resistant flexible parts
Printing & Handling Notes
Print at 210–240°C nozzle, 40–60°C bed, around 50 mm/s. Service range approximately 0–60°C.
