Overview
PPS is a toughened and filled polyphenylene sulfide that overcomes traditional PPS brittleness while keeping its high stiffness, UL94 V-0 flame rating, 300°C melting point and chemical corrosion resistance.
It holds roughly 0.1% dimensional accuracy in stable production, making it suitable for precision high-temperature components.

Printing & Handling Notes
Requires a high-temperature printer: 280–310°C nozzle, 100–110°C bed, 70°C chamber. Orient critical loads in the XY plane.
