PC-CF

Overview

PC-CF is the strongest filament in the Inn3D lineup: 85 MPa tensile strength, 5800 MPa flexural modulus, 45% elongation and a 138°C HDT, with a matte carbon-fiber industrial finish.

It combines strength, toughness and heat resistance in one material — the default answer for gears, heat-resistant fixtures and high-strength structural parts.

Key Properties

Typical datasheet values; printed parts are anisotropic and XY-direction values are shown unless noted.

Printing & Handling Notes

Print at 240–260°C nozzle, 100–110°C bed, 70–100°C chamber — a heated chamber is essential for full strength.
