Which file formats does the instant 3D printing quote support?
STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ and 3MF. Once uploaded, the system automatically runs printability checks and calculates 3D printing and CNC pricing.
Does the instant quote include a DFM manufacturability check?
Yes. Alongside pricing, the system analyses wall thickness, overhangs, fine features and overall dimensions, and returns design feedback when it finds a risk — which is what keeps parts from being reprinted.
Is the instant quote free?
Yes. Uploading a model, getting the instant quote and receiving the DFM analysis are all free; you are charged only once you confirm the order.
What is the lead time after a quote is confirmed?
It depends on process and quantity. Standard SLA and MJF parts typically ship in 3–5 working days, SLS and metal printing in 5–10 days. Rush orders can be expedited subject to schedule.
Which 3D printing processes are covered?
SLA, SLS nylon, Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), FDM, PolyJet and metal 3D printing, plus 3/4/5-axis CNC machining.
Can I collect parts locally in Hsinchu?
